Are You Going to Hit Your Goals for 2015?

ARE YOU GOING TO HIT YOUR GOALS FOR 2015?

Thanksgiving is past and Christmas is just weeks away. New Year’s Day is right behind. It’s time to take stock of where you are in relation to where you wanted to be as 2015 winds down.

Did you even have any goals at the beginning of 2015? Fat lost, lean muscle gained, improved strength, faster times, competitions won, lower blood pressure? Hell, maybe just being able to open a pickle jar! If you didn’t have any goals last January or track your goals along the way, chances are, you haven’t made much progress. That’s human nature, a fact of life.

To make sure you don’t waste another year of your life, it’s worth writing some sort of self assessment right now. If you evaluate yourself and aren’t quite satisfied, now is the time to fix that.

Where do you want to be next December 31st? Start now by setting goals for next June. And if you hit your goals make new ones.  And measure where you are right now. Take measurements. Take pictures. Make a plan. Set milestones and set a time for meeting your milestones and your goals.

Goals without time limits are just wishes. And wishing won’t get it done .
