Fitness thought for the Day

. Carb-phobia is a great way to stop building muscle. Working out without building muscle is a great way to look average.

Don't be average.


 Don't do a low carb diet. Don't do a low fat diet. Do a low shit-food diet. Lower your intake of the things you know for sure aren't helping you.
