The following is a suggested list of books regarding fitness and health in general.

If there are any on the list that I have not read it's because I am very familiar with the author(s) and their work and their training methods.

The notations to the left of the titles indicate who might find a particular book most interesting and helpful. (W) for women, (M) for men and (W-M) for either men or women. (S) for those most interested in building Strength. (BB) for building muscle. (FL) for fat loss.
